Lincoln Park Village has formed partnerships with three prominent organizations specializing in the health issues of seniors. These organizations, known for excellence and with their considerable resources serve as back-up to all members for issues relating to their health and well-being.
Rush University Medical Center
Rush University Medical Center's Older Adult Programs brings together resource and information assistance, counseling, innovative educational programs, caregiver support services, and support groups in order to improve the health and quality of life of older adults and caregivers. Its Rush Generations membership program reaches out to members with a health and wellness newsletter, which includes a calendar of upcoming educational events. Older Adult Programs also facilitates access to care and physician appointments through Rush's Patient Special Services.
The mission of CJE SeniorLife is to facilitate independence of older adults and to enhance quality of life through a comprehensive network of housing, health care, community services, education and applied research. With more than 36 years of experience, CJE SeniorLife resources range from healthy aging programs to geriatric care management to home health services throughout metropolitan Chicago and its suburbs.
Based in Evanston, Illinois, Mather LifeWays enhances the lives of older adults by creating ways to age well. Mather LifeWays is dedicated to providing a continuum of living and care; making neighborhoods better places for older adults to live, work, learn, contribute, and play; and identifying, implementing, and sharing progressive practices for wellness, workforce issues, and empowering caregivers.
